The short version
If you're not happy, you can have a refund within 14 days of buying, no questions asked.
How to ask
Email me the address you bought with, or your receipt. Email hello [at] heionlabs [dot] com. If something isn't working, tell me what's wrong first, because it's often quick to fix, but you don't have to.
How you get paid back
Refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider. Your bank decides how long it takes to show up, usually a few business days. Once an order is refunded, its licence key stops working.
Renewals
The same 14 days applies if you renew updates.
